At Just Dropped In, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
